Finding your style is hard at any size. Finding your style and it not being available because of your size, now that’s another story. Since Tess Holiday strutted down the run way us bigger babes have had such style inspo it’s hard to deny it. Period. So if your style is succumb to being formed around Street Style then you have come to the right blog post. Here’s five tips on how to conquer it easily like the queen you are.
1. Long Trenches Make Statements
Finding Trench Styled coats are hard to find in larger sizes that don’t bust the bank but, if you are a fashion web searcher I am sure you’ve even scoured the darkest corners of Amazon for a great fitting trench. Look no further though babes, BooHoo has the deetz for you. I got this coat for $20.00 on sale last year from BooHoo in a 2XL. Any color is beautiful depending on your preference. Most tend to stay with fawn and olive colors, but, black and white trenches seem to be hitting it big this year.

2. Black Bottoms Are A Must!
From skirts, leggings, denim or shorts- the go to bottom color for Street Style is black. It draws attention to your tee and shoes which are the highlight points of your outfit. I went with a black maxi skirt that is about ankle length when I pull the band up under my bra around my waist. I found this beauty in a size 0XL at my local Walmart for $5.00. The stretch and comfort of this skirt was fan-flipping-tastic!
3. Strut Them Trainers!
The whiter the shoe the cooler the look. For my Street Style outfit I chose some Rose Gold and White Cloud Foam Adidas in a 7.5 that I bought at my local Shoe Show for $60.00. Hey, name brand don’t come cheap! But, as long as you get the jest- the 1980’s white sneakers are the happening, dude.
4. Not Suitable for Children…
Yea, my website is pretty PG but when it come to t-shirts it’s pretty graphic. Finding the right statement piece that shouts who you are is not a big deal these days. Everywhere we walk there is some kind of graphic t-shirt for sale. Locating a cute one like my “Kindness Everyday” shirt was pretty lemon squeezy. This shirt is in a Junior Plus size XL from a Bealls Outlet for only $6.00. Yea. Blew my mind too. Not only was the price awesome but it came with some extra detailing that made my Street Style outfit pop. Like the fact it was crop top cut and had a tie in the front bottom.

5. Have Fun With It
Some things you could add that I did not in my outfit simply because I was lazy are a sun hat, long drop necklace or dangly bangles like in my last post “3 Must Have Gold Jewelry Styles for Spring“. But, if you’re not much into accessories and love to stick to the basics then the first four tips should surely help you out!
